RETURN & SHIPPING – Pickle & Pumpkin

Shipping

We ship orders via first class, standard twice a week out of San Jose, California. If you need an item faster, please contact us at customerservice@pickleandpumpkin.com with a special request and we will do our best to accommodate the expedited shipping time. Shipping rates are based on location and total order weight, but all orders over $75 ship free in the US.

Do you ship internationally

We ship all of our orders through USPS. There is no tracking beyond the US postal system. Packages may take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive depending on the country.

The customer is responsible for any additional fees that may apply to your package once it arrives in your country (taxes, tariffs, customs, duties, etc.). These fees are set by and paid to your country, and are not paid to Pickle & Pumpkin

Returns

Something not quite right? Returns or exchanges are accepted within a time period of 30 days.

We want you to love your Pickle & Pumpkin goodies as much as we do. We accept a return of your purchase within 30 days of delivery (US orders only). Please note, sheets need to be returned in original packaging, and all products need to be returned in unused & unwashed condition. Basic charges up to $6.99 will apply for the return shipping label. International orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

To return a product, follow the simple process below:

Forward your order confirmation email to customerservice@pickleandpumpkin.com along with list of products for exchange/return. Upon receipt, we will generate your return label.

Funds will not be returned to your account until the product is received at our facility and found to be in new, unused condition, and in original packaging. This can take up to 15 business days. Any item received that is not in new condition will not be refunded. 

Return requests for FINAL SALE items will not be accepted.
